The colors of the Pride Flag is something I have loved as a color combination long before I knew it was part of something much larger. June is Pride Month. Celebrated each year in the month of June to honor the 1969 Stonewall riots in Manhattan. Back in the 50’s and 60’s few establishments welcomed openly gay people. Like the Civil Rights Movement, gays fought back against hate crimes. The month of June honors the LGBT community. Party favors in this design are not limited to one community.
